Park first, then watch
When your iPhone is connected to a vehicle, you confirm that the car is parked before playback starts. As soon as it moves, ParkPlay pauses. Motion detection runs only on your iPhone.

The free version shows ads. The first 15 minutes every day are free, after that a short spot plays every 10 minutes. Watch a 30-second spot to unlock an ad-free hour, up to three times a day.

Why is there no video on my car display?
iOS only allows video on the CarPlay display while parked and only if your vehicle supports video (AirPlay while parked). Controls and audio work in every CarPlay car; the video then plays on your iPhone.
Does ParkPlay provide movies or channels?
No. ParkPlay is a player only and contains no content, channels or playlists. You use your own servers and sources that you have the rights to.
Which servers and formats are supported?
Jellyfin, Emby, Plex, M3U playlists, Xtream accounts, videos from Files or Photos and DLNA casts. A software decoder also plays MKV, AVI and HEVC.
How do I restore purchases?
In the app under Settings › Premium › Restore Purchases. Manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Can I opt out of personalised ads?
Yes. Change your consent anytime in the app under Settings › Privacy Settings. You can also allow or deny tracking in iOS under Privacy › Tracking.
